Items crossing borders may attract customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. The Great Goth cannot be held accountable for delays or additional costs imposed by customs authorities.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will conclude a resolution depending on the circumstances.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Orders sent to incorrect addresses may be irretrievable, and reshipment may incur additional costs.
