PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Once your order is placed, we begin processing your order. Typical processing time is roughly 3-5 business days but can vary, during which your item is prepared and readied for its journey. High demand or rare pieces may require extra time, but we will notify you should there be any delay.

SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES
We offer a selection of shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

Please note that the delivery windows given are estimates. Delivery times may be affected by weekends, UK bank holidays, public holidays, and busy periods such as Christmas, New Year, or other holiday periods. Orders placed during these times may experience additional processing and delivery delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are subject to the courier and may vary due to circumstances outside of our control, including delays caused by adverse weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING COSTS

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once dispatched, your order will be assigned a tracking number. You will receive an email with these details so you can follow your piece.

CUSTOM & DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Items crossing borders may attract customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. The Great Goth cannot be held accountable for delays or additional costs imposed by customs authorities.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will conclude a resolution depending on the circumstances.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Orders sent to incorrect addresses may be irretrievable, and reshipment may incur additional costs.
